Frostbrew, and more of it than feels reasonable — both bosses are fire-line creatures and every boss attempt burns three to five bottles. Beyond that: Frost Vials if you use the Hunter Bow, Oil Flasks if you farm Ash Wolves, and Ember Salad for the stamina-hungry Tyrant fight.

Why Frost Everything?
Elemental weakness in Apolypter is strict: hitting a weakness doubles your damage, hitting the attunement heals the monster. Both bosses (Ashen Warden: fire, Magma Tyrant: magma) and two of the three common monsters sit on the fire side of the chart. Ember Salad: The Underrated Fight Food
The Magma Tyrant fight runs five to eight minutes and is decided in the second phase, when stamina dips. One Ember Salad (a Warm Gland from any Ember Bat plus two Vale herbs, cooked at any campfire) covers the whole fight. Players who skip food and buy one extra Frostbrew instead routinely run dry at 40% boss health — the exact moment the fight speeds up.
